We offer Capital Markets services to the Cybersecurity, Blockchain and Fintech technology sectors.
Capital Markets: We are focused on securing debt and/or equity capital for privately owned companies. We leverage our sector specific insight with our capital markets expertise to position your company for maximum reception by creditors and/or investors – delivering the optimal structure for every transaction.
On an industry agnostic basis, we procure debt financing for companies and projects worldwide, with special emphasis on those located outside of the United States.
Ximena Vaca
Founder and Managing Partner
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Ximena Vaca is foremost an entrepreneur, whose desire to serve the Client has been the common denominator in all of her business endeavors. Putting the Client first has been the leitmotif of her trajectory and has led to success throughout her carreer.
As an Investment Banker, Ximena has founded and led the formation of both M&A and Capital Markets departments. She established the vision and strategy for each and imbued the team with a service and performance-oriented culture.
As an Entrepreneur, Ximena founded a LATAM based Developer- Homebuilding company that built 140 custom homes over 4 projects, creating the vision and execution for each project, and delivering on the expected returns for investors.
As an Institutional Broker, at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey and Co., (later FBR Capital Markets), Ximena remained with the original core group at the Brokerage firm for over a decade and opened the Midwest as a new sales territory, while consistently being among the top producers. Her portfolio of clients consisted of investment managers, hedge funds, pension funds, mutual funds, Family Offices, and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), with whom she formed long term business relationships.
Ximena is a graduate of Tufts University with two B.A. degrees, in Economics and International Relations.
